Who is behind it

We are making this for our own wedding.

Handfast is Jakub and Patka. We are planning our own day, could not find the thing we wanted, and are building it instead.

What does it really cost?

Planning is free. Publishing the site for guests is €39 once, VAT included. Nothing else is required. After 2 years you can keep the photo album online for €19 a year, if you want to.

Do we have to pay right away?

No. Build everything first, the site, the list, the plan, and pay only when you want guests to see it.

Do guests need an app or an account?

Never. They get a link, they open it, they reply on the page. It works on every phone.

How long does the site stay online?

The site stays online after the wedding, at no extra cost. The photo album, with every photograph and film, is stored for 2 years after the wedding day, included in the price. A month before the end we write to you: keep the album for €19 a year, or download every original for free.

Are the photographs compressed?

No. We keep the original of every photograph a guest sends. The site shows a lighter copy so it opens quickly; what you download are the originals.

Can we edit from a phone?

Everything works on a phone: the words, the guest list, the budget. The seating room is nicest on a bigger screen.
