A WhatsApp thread with the bride, a spreadsheet, an email thread with suppliers and a paper folder. For every wedding separately. One place per wedding. You open it and you know where you are.
What is coming up this week? Open a spreadsheet for every wedding and hope you have missed nothing. One list across every wedding. Overdue kept separate, so it cannot be lost in the middle.
A new client means typing the same process out from the beginning. Your saved process poured into the new wedding in one press.
The photographer's number is somewhere in an old thread. The supplier book belongs to you, not to one wedding. A number is typed once.
You send the day's schedule as a PDF that is out of date within the hour. A link for suppliers. Opens with no account, stays readable without signal once opened, always current.
Your client sees another company's logo. Your name, your colour, your logo. Handfast nowhere.

    The couple see their site, their guests and their budget. Not your prices, your suppliers or the run of the day.

  5. A link for suppliers

    Photographer, band, venue. They open the schedule with no account, and once opened it stays readable in a basement with no signal.

  6. Your brand

    Your name and logo where your client is looking. Not ours.

  7. The couple approves

    You prepare the site, they fill in their words and approve it. Only then does it go to the guests.

Pricing

Your cockpit is monthly. The weddings are not.

Coordinators

€39 a month for the season view, your own name in front of your clients, your saved processes and your supplier book. Weddings are separate: €39 each, once, whoever starts one. The subscription never pays for them. Running 2 at a time is free. VAT is added to the subscription. The wedding price already includes it.
